IFC_A16, IFC_A17は、パーソナリティ ピンです。
powe-on reset時のそれぞれのpull-upかpull-downの組み合わせによって、LS1021Aファミリー製品のLS1021A、LS1020A、LS1022Aのいずれが定義されます。
IFC_A16, IFC_A17は必ず、各製品毎の設定で使用してください。
なお、型名ごとに対応している機能は異なりますので、
例えばLS1022Aで使用可能なCANペリフェラルは、LS1020AのIFC_A16とIFC_A17をLS1022Aの設定としても、CANペリフェラルはサポートされませんのでご注意ください。

5. Pin must NOT be pulled down during power-on reset. This pin may be pulled up,
driven high, or if there are any externally connected devices, left in tristate. If this pin is connected to a device that pulls down during reset, an external pull-up is required to drive this pin to a safe state during reset.
