DDR Stress Testの現行の版は3.00ですが、DDR Stress Test(2.6.0)でテストを実施すると、何か問題があるでしょうか。

いいえ、ほとんどの場合問題ありません。稀にrace conditionにより正しい校正値が見つからないことがあり改訂されたとの記述があり、校正値が妥当なら再度3.00でやり直す必要はありません。
