CodeWarrior DS 8.8で、CodeWarrior TAPを使用する場合には、パッチ8.8.6が必要です。こちらのパッチ適用していただき、ご確認お願いいたします。

パッチは、NXPサイトのMyNXPへログインしていただき、Software Licensing and Support経由で入手可能です。

以下は、パッチ8.8.6の概要説明です。
This incremental update requires an existing installation of 8.8 patched up to 8.8.5. The release introduces CodeWarrior TAP probe support to the CodeWarrior 8.8 tools, and addresses an issue related to 8641D debug connectivity. It is compatible with all existing Service Packs delivered for 8.8.

 

また、上記パッチを適用しても接続できないようでしたら、再インストールしてみてください。
インストール時に、CodeWarrior TAP用USBドライバがインストールできないとメッセージが表示され、マニュアルでインストールするように指示されても無視してください。
インストール後、CodeWarrior TAPを接続し、数分待って、デバイスマネージャでCodeWarrior TAPが認識されているか確認してください。
